Antibody Detection
Transplant Monitoring Solutions
As the world leader in HLA tissue typing, One Lambda offers a collection of integrated solutions to help you identify antibodies that may cause graft rejection. All the products of One Lambda are designed for ease of use, lab efficiency, and optimized automation.
LABScreen™
LABScreen line of products are powered by Luminex® xMAP® technology. These single antigen-bead based assays allow for precise determination of antibody profiles against HLA, MICA or HNA. LABScreen assays are considered to be the gold standard in HLA antibody detection.
C1qScreen™
Investigate complement fixing antibody's possible involvement in Antibody Mediated Rejection. With C1qScreen™ the presence of complement binding (C1q) antibodies can be identified and monitored in sera, providing information for building better antibody profiles.
FlowDSA-XM
FlowDSA-XM assay is a flow cytometry-based crossmatch assay optimized for the detection of leukocyte antibodies. Combining traditional flow cytometry cellulat crossmatch testing with the specificity of mircobeads technolory, the FlowDSA-XM test selectivelt distinguishes leukocyte antibodies, allowing you to obtain selective detection in the first run.
FlowPRA
The FlowPRA product line offers screening, specific antibody, and single antigen detection assays using flow cytometry. Both the FlowPRA Screening and Specific tests can assign Percent Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA), whole FlowPRA Specific tests assign antibody specificity. FlowPRA Single Antigen tests assist in the analysis of specificities, especially in high PRA sera.
Lamda Antigen Trays
Lamda Antigen Trays kits are designed for the detection of HLA IgG antibody and feature purified HLA Class I and Class II antigens in each well of a Terasaki-format tray. With the addition of patient serum, the antibodies bind with the purified HLA antigens. The panel of HLA antigens can detect IgG complement-binding and non-complement binding antibodies.
Molecular Typing
HLA Typing Technologies
Designed to address the diverse needs of HLA labs, One Lambda's molecular product family includes Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), sequence-based typing (SBT), Real-Time PCR (qPCR), sequence-specific primers (SSP), and reverse sequence-specific oligonucleotides (rSSO).
AllType™ NGS
The AllType NGS assays offer a complete NGS solution that delivers unambiguous, high-resolution genotyping results in less than three days. This solution delivers single tube amplification for all eleven Class I and Class II loci, completely removing the need for amplicon pooling.
LABType™
LABType products are reverse SSO DNA typing assays that provide superior resolution for HLA A, B, C, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1, and DPB1 HLA typing. The multiplex analysis dramatically reduces labor, reagents, reaction-to-reaction inconsistencies, and assay time associated with a multi-well format assay making it a cost effective solution.
LinkSeq™
LinkSēq is a rapid genotyping method with a simple workflow that prevents post amplification contamination. With a fast turnaround time of only 90 minutes, and minimal hands-on time, your lab’s productivity will greatly increase.
Micro SSP
One Lamda's portfolio of Micro SSP typing trays provide complete HLA Class I and Class II DNA typing. Using Generic Trays, technologists can either assign HLA Class I or Class II alleles individually or simultaneously.
Serology
HLA Serological Typing
An industry vanguard in HLA tissue typing, One Lambda developed the first assays that accurately determine HLA antigens. One Lambda's broad spectrum of serological typing products include Terasaki T1, T2, and T3 NIH method typing trays as well as locus specific, ethnic, supplemental and dry trays.
Tissue Typing Trays
Producing consistent, accurate HLA typing of Class I or Class II antigens, this selection of trays is available in a 72-well format. Each tray contains positive and negative controls and accommodates most complement dependent cytotoxicity methods. They are designed for use with both staining techniques-dye exclusion and fluorescence.
Monoclonal Trays
Lamda Monoclonal Trays, a One Lamda exclusive, are extremely dependable for determining HLA Class I or Class II antigens. Each tray is comprised exclusively of monoclonal antibodies, rather than human anti-serum, and has both positive and negative controls and will accommodate most CDC methods. They are designed for use with both staining techniques-dye exclusion and fluorescence.
Reagents
One Lambda's tissue typing family includes two unique cell isolation reagent products, LymphoKwik™ and FluoroBeads™. Other products include B27 FITC and bulk monoclonal antibody, rabbit complement, staining and quenching reagents, mineral oil, AHG, and other control reagents
Ancillary
One Lambda provides cover slides and blank 72-well Terasaki trays. Terasaki cover slides form a barrier over the reaction area of a Terasaki tray to prevent skin contact with reagents, and they provide a clear and distortion-free view of live and dead cells.
Instrument and Software
Automation Flexibility
One Lambda's instruments and software products help managers streamline processes for increased efficiency. Designed with function and cost effectiveness in mind, our technology supports the accurate automation of tasks in the HLA laboratory. When well-designed automation and robust software solutions are at work, laboratories can deliver test results with greater confidence and ease.
Reader and Analyzer
One Lambda’s state of the art equipment provides optimal support for high and low through-put laboratories. The LABScan3D™ and LABScan™ 100 systems are based on Luminex® xMAP® technology. When used with the LABScreen™ and LABType™ family of products, assignment of HLA antibodies as well as HLA typing is possible with the additional analysis support of HLA Fusion.
Software
One Lambda has developed a variety of software applications to aid in the evaluation and analysis of data retrieved through HLA testing. Assisting with assignment of typing and antibody detection results, One Lambda software further increases testing efficiency.
